Happy New YearThis will be the best year yet for the GRA, and we don’t want you to miss a minute. Here are a few things we’ve got planned:GRA Day at the Capitol (date and time TBD). Meet the legislators that influence the recycling industry in GA, stay in touch with your fellow recyclers and enjoy some social time. This will take place during the legislative session.Lunch & Learn Networking Event: Come and learn about any changes to our industry that will be instituted after the legislative session and enjoy some good food and fun. This will likely take place in early May. GRA Fall Conference: Join us for our Annual Meeting, election of board members and social gathering. We are aiming for October and are making decisions on a city and venue soon. All of the details about these events will be confirmed and sent out ASAP so you can plan to join us. Our social media accounts are a great way to find out what’s going on – make sure to follow us (see below). Simply click on the icons below (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). You can then select to follow our accounts, and you’ll start seeing our posts. In addition, the Georgia legislative session starts this Monday, January 9. Our weekly legislative updates from The Hudson Group will only be available to our GRA members, so please JOIN OR RENEW today so you can stay up-to-date on the important issues that are being addressed during the session.
